Flavoo functions as a loyalty and identity tool for in-person use at partner businesses. Users register to receive an automatically generated client code, available as a QR code with the app logo, which can be presented to identify themselves at participating merchants.

Points are earned for in-person purchases of products or services and can be redeemed according to the accumulated balance. A history view shows points earned and redemptions, providing a record of activity and rewards progress.

Account management is straightforward: users can delete their account from the My Profile section, and all personal data along with accumulated points are removed.
